Impact Urgent Care is a walk-in medical clinic available to treat everything from minor illnesses to all but the most life threatening emergencies. We serve the communities of Stone Oak, Deerhaven, Inwood, Rogers Ranch, City of Shavano, and surrounding neighborshoods.   Our team of doctors and nurses has years of training and experience in emergency and trauma care. We are Open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. No appointment is ever necessary. We also offer and are certified providers of the IMPACT Concussion pre-screening test (available both in office or online) and concussion management program, considered the gold standard among athletes and coaches across the U.S.  We are certified by the Urgent Care Association of America.

Impact Urgent Care treats:

• Fractures, sprains, strains and dislocations

• Cuts, abrasions and splinters

• Colds, flu and other viral illnesses

• Bronchitis, pneumonia and asthma

• Ear, throat and sinus infections

• Rashes and poison ivy

• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration

• X-rays, labs, EKGs and IV fluids on-site
