Continuing the legacy of Dallas’ Original Steakhouse, Est. 1954, Kirby’s 5th location in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio, Est. 2007, is an award-winning restaurant featuring Mid-Western aged prime beef. Kirby’s offers live entertainment Friday and Saturday evenings featuring some of the areas’ most talented musicians. Our Bar opens at 4:30pm weekdays and the Dining room at 5:pm. Dine until 10pm Sunday -Thursday and until 11pm on Friday and Saturdays.
