STWBC accepting Business Award nominations

The South Texas Women's Business Center (STWBC) is gearing up for the second annual Women's Business Symposium. As part of the conference, STWBC is searching for the most outstanding small, minority, veteran, and/or women owned business owner.

The BRAVO Business Award is designed to honor a business owner who exhibits a bright entrepreneurial spirit, is innovative, has integrity and influence that brings and supports respect, has vision and strategic direction, and has impacted our community. The winner will be announced at STWBC's Women's Business Symposium on Sept. 1.

Nominate your business or another business owner today. The deadline for submissions is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20. Business owners must be 51% women, veteran, and/or minority owned, and has been in business for at least one year.

The nominations will be evaluated by a panel of judges made up of business professionals. Judges will use a point system to evaluate submissions and select the winner. Submissions that are not completed will not be accepted. All required information and question queries must be filled out.
