Working out at home!
Kettle bell swingin, a bike, no jump roping, push ups, lunges… I feel sick.
Started off with 5 minutes on the bike - rest a minute.
15 Kettle Bell Swings
15 Alternating Lunges
15 Pushups
Two rounds. Took 20 minutes.
Claudia says its called a HIIT:

I ate well today. The eating well is never the problem. Its the extra eating wrong that gets me.

Went to a memorial service from 9 to noon. Got hungry.
Came home and had leftover black eyed peas from yesterday - 2 c. around 225 cals. About an hour later when Claudia came home I made a salad with turkey breast, avocado, green onion and 1 tbs olive oil as the dressing.
At 330 I had a handful of almonds.
Dinner was most excellent! Poached rainbow trout w/thyme & sweet onion (yes, I own a fish poacher). Snap green beans (par boiled and then dropped in ice bath to insure crispness) and more salad with avocado, olive oil, red pepper flakes, red onion, cucumber. Also, more of the same supplements from USANA but no Hot Rox.
I will get ready for bed and take my ZMA in a little bit.
Feeling good with the soreness and the energy.
