San Antonio residents within District 9, which includes the Stone Oak area, are invited to attend a Townhall Meeting Thursday, Aug. 28 to discuss the city's proposed FY 2009 budget.  The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. within the Reagan High School cafeteria.  District 9 Councilman Louis Rowe will be attending.
