Let the games begin!!  The Young Chef's Academy, a children's culinary school, is kicking off its Olympic-themed summer mini-camp July 8-10.  Titled "Go Greek," this first session of the seven-week camp will offer participants an opportunity to learn about the origins of the Olympics and prepare amazing Greek dishes that are hard to pronounce, but wonderful to taste.  Camps are offered 9 to noon or 1 to 4 p.m. for three days each week.  For more information visit http://www.youngchefsacademy.com/stores/store_page.php?franchise_id=194.
