District 9 Councilman Louis Rowe will host a town hall meeting Wednesday, May 7 to discuss the proposed CPS rate increase.  CPS representatives will also be on hand to present details about the proposed rate increase as well as plans for providing affordable energy in the foreseeable future. 
 
The town hall will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the San Antonio Police Department's North Substation, 13030 Jones Maltsberger.
