The International Order of the Rainbow of Girls will host its semi-annual open enrollment event on Wednesday, May 7 at the Alzafar Shrine, 901 N. Loop 1604 West.  Open to girls 11 to 19 years of age, the Rainbow is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing the tools, training and encouragement needed to let individual spirits shine.  Open enrollment will begin at 7 p.m.  For more information visit www.gorainbow.org.
