Due to contractor delays, the grand opening for NexGym has been rescheduled yet again, although an exact day is not yet known.  The new, exergaming gym for children 6 to 14 years of age was originally expected to open June 9, then rescheduled for June 21.  Located within the La Arcata Shopping Center at 115 Loop 1604 East. NexGym offers fun and unique ways to stay active through the latest excercise technology.  Interactive classes, including karate, dodgeball, sports training, cardio kick and weight training, will also be offered for children 3 to 14 years of age.
