Mother's Day Brunch will be served at Canyon Springs Golf Club, 24405 Wilderness Oak, on Sunday, May 11.  Seatings are scheduled for 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.  Reservations are required and may be made by phone at 497-8195 or email at brodriguez@eaglegolf.com.  Cost is $24.95 for adults and $12.95 for children 5 to 12. 
Brunch will include an omelette station, waffles, fruits and cheeses, salads, chicken breast, grilled salmon, prime rib, assorted cakes and pastries, biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns and a children's buffet of pizza, fried chicken strips and macaroni and cheese.
