1. When you are my patient, your are treated like family, you have access to my home and cell phone for after hours emergencies.
2. I advise and make recommendations, YOU make all the decisions.  As a service provider, "I Serve".
3. If there is confusion, Ask Questions.  If we cannot work it out, I welcome 2nd opinions.   (b) If I am confused...we will get a 2nd Opinion
4. If you have a complaint...speak directly to me.
5. I know my limits.  If I can't treat you with a good outcome, we will go to a specialist.
6. The least amount of Dentistry that fixes the problem best is what is best for you.
7. If you spent 20 years getting your problem...we can't fix it in 5 minutes
