Dr. Monteiro-Coppola received a Bachelor of Science in Human Anatomy, and a doctorate in Chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic. She is also certified in Spinal Trauma. She won the Miss Illinois, NPC Bodybuilding Championship. She has also devoted many years in helping young women in their recovery from anorexia and bulimia. She has coordinated menu and fitness plans in order to help these women regain physical fitness and health. Her passion is motivating and helping others regain control of their lives and their health. Dr. Monteiro-Coppola is a certified Pilates Instructor.
