North Central Baptist Hospital is making sure you are not alone when it comes to getting a hip or knee replacement. The Joint Club is now up and running and is for all patients undergoing joint replacement surgery.
The club provides patients a chance to meet others who are also about to undergo the procedure. Those who join the Joint Club will be going through pre surgical educational classes and then post-op rehab exercises. Studies show that going through the process with others helps patients recover faster.
