Stone Oak Orthodontics at 18720 Stone Oak Pkwy will be one of 10 locations throughout San Antonio participating in this year's American Solar Energy Society's National Solar Tour. The world's largest grassroots solar event, the annual tour offers an opportunity to see how homeowners and businesses are using solar energy and other sustainable technologies to protect the environment and reduce monthly utility bills. Dell, Inc. and the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) team from Texas State University - San Marcos will accept electronic trash at the Encino Park Community Center Oct. 5-9 as part of an environmental sustainability challenge called Project Green Earth. Any electronic trash, including computers, terminals, hard drives and printers, will be accepted. Disposal is free and all collected items will be picked up by Goodwill. SIFE students receive project credit for every 15 items collected.
